PAYMENT  METHODS & CONDITIONS

CWRT PAYMENT METHODS, TERMS AND CONDITION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

You can either pay for your tour when you arrive to Jordan or pay for your tour in advance.

 

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL TO JORDAN

 

If you wish to pay on arrival your booked is required to be secured with a credit card. Please be informed  that we will not charge you for your tour with this credit card. You will pay upon arrival by cash or by credit card or can pay by advance payment. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

 

Payment on arrival is possible by one of the following two methods:

 

1. Cash Payments

Payment can be made in Jordan Dinar (JOD), United States Dollars (USD$), Euros or English Pound (GBP). The exchange rate between JOD and $USD is fixed. If you wish to pay with other currencies the rate is subject to the daily exchange rate and will be calculated the day before your tour start. Please ask us if you wish to pay by cash in another currency.

Only Notes (no coins) will be accepted for payment by cash in foreign currencies.

 

2. Credit Card Payments

Payment by Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

 

Attachments required :

1. Copy of credit card (both sides) of person who is responsible for the booking

2. Copy of the passport of the credit card hold

ADVANCE PAYMENT

 

Advance payment is possible by one of the following four methods :

 

1. Credit Card Payment

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card to make an advance payment through either Middle East Payment Services (MEPS) Jordan or Emerging Markets Payment (EMP) Middle East. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

 

1a. Credit card payments using an authorisation Form

To make an offline payment an credit card authorisation form can be downloaded from this link : The Authorisation Form Link

Fill out the authorisation form and return it to us by email or fax (+96232012213)

 

1b. Credit card payments using an online secure link.

Please contact us and a secure payment link will be provided to make an online transaction.

 

Using either method for the credit card, the transaction will be processed by MEPs Jordan/or EMP and an invoice will automatically be sent for the amount deducted and will appear on your credit card statement.

 

Please note that you will be charged in Jordanian Dinar. The conversion rate is $1 USD = 0.708 JOD . The 3% surcharge is added to cover the merchant fees.

2. Bank Electronic Transfer up until 14 day before the start of your tour

If you want to make an electronic transfer please send the full amount and send us by email a copy of the transfer.

 

You will be required to cover all bank and transfer fees associated with the transaction so that we receive the full amount for the tour.

 

3. Paypal

Account name : Classictours@live.com and subject to a 5% surcharge. Please send the copy of the transfer by email.

 

4. Western Union or Money Gram

If you wish to make a transfer via Western Union or a money gram please contact us for the full details. You will be required to cover the transfer fees yourself so that we receive the full amount for the tour.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Cancellation policy for day trips

Special conditions apply for day tours not including hotel bookings. These excursions can be cancelled 08 days before arrival to Jordan with no penalty. After that date cancellation fees will be 100%. Transfer of a confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

 

In case of a travel warning to Jordan the cancellation policy will be handled case by case.

 

In case you decide to cancel the tour due to conflicts in neighbouring countries this is possible until 14 days before the tour starts. We will charge an administrative fee of $25.00USD for day tours and the remainder will be refunded. Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.

 

2. Cancellation policy for multi day trips

Cancellation requests need to be sent in written form. The following scale of charges applies:

30 to 08 Days of Notice: 25% of the total package price

07 to 01 Days of Notice: 100% of the total package price

There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

For group tours (6+ people) cancellation rates will depend on the individual hotel policy and this will be advised separately.

 

Transfer of a confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

 

In case of a travel warning to Jordan the cancellation policy will be handled case by case.

 

In case you decide to cancel the tour due to conflicts in or travel warnings for neighbouring countries this is possible until 14 days before the tour starts. We will charge an administrative fee of $100.00USD for overnight tours and the remainder will be refunded. Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.

 

3. Cancellation policy for Shore Excursions from Aqaba Port

Special conditions apply for shore excursions not including overnight/hotel bookings. These excursions can be cancelled 08 days before arrival to Jordan with no penalty. After that date cancellation fees will be 100%. Transfer of a confirmed booking to another tour or departure date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

 

In case the cruise ship will not dock in Aqaba Port/Jordan due to weather conditions or any other circumstances we will refund 100% of the payment.

 

In case of a travel warning to Jordan you can cancel the tour last minute. The money will be refunded to you in full, except additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us.

 

In case you decide to cancel the tour due to conflicts in neighboring countries, this is possible until 07 days before tour start. We will charge an administrative fee of $25 USD for day tours and the remainder will be refunded. Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.

 

Refunds

A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us.
