Here are all of your booking online procedures , Paymments methods and our terms & conditions :

*Booking Conditions

Please read carefully the following conditions, the basis for your relationship with Classic Wadi Rum Tours (CWRT) which is a part of Jordan Horizons Tours (JHT)

 

*LATEST POSSIBLE BOOKING

You have to make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance for day tours and 72 hours in advance for overnight tours. But We can arrange last minute bookings 24 hrs before arrival when the accommodations and drivers are available

 

* To confirm a reservation with us  please note that  we have 04 types of tour for the bookings :

(3) Shore Excursion :  Day tours more tours with overnights  for Cruise passengers from Aqaba Port (Please visit this link : )

CWRT  will be in contact with you to verify and finalize all the details concerning your reservation.

This means if you are satisfied with our arrangements and programs, you can find all the flights available and make your reservation.

*Once you have informed us of the date of your flight arrival and departure, we can reserve your lodgings and other various services.

 

*PAYMENT METHODS :

Option #01 : Advanced Payment by credit card which is subject to 3% surcharge

If you wish you wish to make advance payment  this can be made through Master/ or Visa credit card. A secure payment link will be provided. A copy of the passport of the credit card holder is required to verify your identity. You will be charged in Jordanian Dinar. The conversion rate is $1 USD = 0.708 JOD . The 3% surcharge is added to cover the merchant fees.

Option #02 : Advance payment by electronic transfer to our bank account before the tour starts.

Option #03 : Advance payment by Western Union or Money Gram

If you wish to make a transfer via Western Union or a money gram please contact us for the full details. You will be required to cover the transfer fees yourself so that we receive the full amount for the tour.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  FOR CANCELATIONS

Cancellation requests need to be sent in written form. The following scale of charges applies:

30 to 08 Days of Notice: 25% of the total package price

07 to 01 Days of Notice: 100% of the total package price

There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

For group tours cancellation rates will depend on the individual hotel policy and this will be advised separately.

In case of a travel warning to Jordan the cancellation policy will be handled case by case.

In case you decide to cancel the tour due to conflicts in neighbouring countries this is possible until 14 days before the tour starts. We will charge an administrative fee of $25.00USD for day tours and $100.00USD for overnight tours and the remainder will be refunded. Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.

Cancellations: Special Conditions Shore Excursion & Day Tours

Special conditions apply for shore excursions and day tours not including hotel bookings. These excursions can be cancelled 08 days before arrival to Jordan with no penalty. After that date cancellation fees will be 100%. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date. In case the cruise ship will not dock in Aqaba Port/Jordan due to weather conditions or any other circumstances we will refund 100% of the payment.

Refunds

A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us.

 

 

*CONFIRMATION LETTER

We will send you a confirmation letter that mention that your booking is confirmed/paid ,  with  your driver/representative/guide details …etc . You should print a hard copy of your confirmation letter. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation letter and to let your tour consultant know immediately in the event of any error or inaccuracy.

 

*PRICES
All prices for our tours are advised in United States Dollars (USD) or Jordan Dinars (JOD). They are based on schedules and tariffs at the time of printing. CWRT reserves the right to vary the price of the tour if taxes or other cost increase. CWRT cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to that particular component being unavailable.

 

*ITINERARY CHANGES

CWRT reserves the right to amend the itinerary for reasons such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Where a change is of a significant nature, it will be advised to our customers in writing.

 

AMENDMENTS
Any amendment has to be sent to us in writing. We strongly recommend to opt for your final itinerary prior to your booking. Requested amendments, especially some days prior to arrival and during the tour, cannot always be considered if the expected complexity is not matching with our operational procedures and personnel capacity.  Should you need to alter your original reservations, there will be an automatic fee charged of 30 USD per amendment or transaction.

 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is highly recommended to be insured for the duration of your trip. You need comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, health requirements, luggage and additional expenses (e.g. World Nomads). Insurance policies rarely cover for loss of cash.

 

ACCOMMODATION
There will be variations in the size, standard and presentation of rooms and facilities within the one hotel. This is beyond the control of CWRT.

 

 

CLAIMS
If you encounter any problems, you should to try and solve it directly whilst on holiday. If it is not possible to do so please do so in writing within 14 days of completing your CWRT arrangements.

 

AVAILABILITY

Our tour consultants are reachable during office hours only, Sun – Thu, 09:30-17:30. We will provide you with a mobile contact in Jordan, you can reach seven days a week in emergency cases.

 

PASSPORT, VISA & VACCINATIONS

You must familiarize yourself with any visa and health requirements that may be applicable. You are responsible for all entry/exit health and any other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of CWRT. We will not be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above. We recommend that you be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Jordan.

 

LIABILITIES

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels and transportation companies etc. Hotels and transportation companies retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by CWRT according to the modifications.

CWRT shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, immigration procedures, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.

CWRT shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

CWRT do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. All baggage and personal property at all times are at the client's risk.

CWRT shall not be responsible for the quality and prices of services and purchases not included in the booked tour package, like meals and souvenirs.

CWRT reserves the right at any time by giving the notice in writing to cancel this agreement, should the 2nd party fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.

 

*Review & Feedback if you are Satisfied & Happy

*Regarding Complaints , Reclamation &  Refund :

Regarding Complaints:  If you are not satisfied  & unhappy with a certain aspect of our trips , you may inform our local guide or trip consultant so that no similar problems occur.  The majority of such problems could usually be solved from the beginning. If not you should inform the general director of the agency. In case of complains you should inform the agency by sending an email, or fax within 15 days after the end of your trip. A letter of reclamation should include the justified proof. CWRT  is not responsible for all the reclamations submitted after 15 days after the end of the trip. . In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your hotel accommodation, transportation and any other service you can easily contact our team, and we will take it in consideration.

 

*CHILDREN POLICY

It is important to check regarding children policies per hotel. Some hotels allow one child sharing parent's room from while others allow two. Also age of children vary from one hotel to another. Some hotels grant children stay at 50% of the adult price. Exact prices will be confirmed at the time of booking / request. At some hotels children are granted 50% off meals while other hotels charge flat rate for meals. Also hotels may apply restricted access times for children into leisure  facilities. Kindly ask for all needed details at the time of booking.

NOTE: Children accommodation arrangements, meals, other are not included within the room rate. Child shares room WITHOUT EXTRA BED. If extra bed is needed, then the room rate is based on a TRIPLE ROOM.

Children Breakfast Supplement:

- at 5 Star Hotels: USD 15.00 per breakfast per child

- at 4 Star Hotels: USD 12.00 per breakfast per child

- at all other hotels: USD 8.00 per breakfast per child

 

*Privacy Policy

Depending on the circumstances, CWRT may collect personal information when you register for a service or book a trip with us,  including some or all of the following: passports' copies/details , credit cards(in some cases),  email, name, address, IP address and telephone number …etc.
